Regal-Raptor motorcycle is only in the first stage process with only 9 years in the Motorcycle Industry. In spite that current scale is not too big , the products range is very professional. We only focus on the chopper/ Custom , cruiser and sport style motor. Main motors are over 350cc engine and they all have the Euro 3 homologation.
Regal-Raptor design -we have designed, developed and patented over 70% of our own parts. We control and protect our own patents and look after our clients in our own special way. These measures are highly appreciated. Our mission is to design with passion unique and desirable motorcycles.
Regal-Raptor is in possession of the parts supplier chain and own complete range of the test facilities and have passed the ISO 9000 , we concentrate on quality control and quality audit. For example, we have our own Chrome Plated plants - most of the CP parts on the motors are made by us using 4 layers of nickels and 1 layer of plated and our painting technology is the first class level in the motorcycle industry. We have the fuel tank, fender , rim parts under our manufacturing.We believe our 250cc air cooled, and 350cc water cooled , twin cylinder, 4 stroke engines are the most superior in China. Control of production is one of our greatest strengths. We have our own aluminum casting facility enabling us to fully manufacture components such as crankcases and cylinder heads. We have our own steel tube processing plant where we manufacture chasis, handle bars, rear carriers and accessories. we have our own steel pressing plant where we manufacture fuel tanks, fenders and other deep pressed components. To complete the motorcycles, we have our own engine and motorcycle assembly lines.
We are continually expanding our product range, increasing our in-house manufactures capabilities and constantly modernizing our machinery.
